Policies

Nails By Shae, I pride myself on providing my clients with the best experience possible, from the time they enter to the time they leave. Please take a moment to review the policies below to ensure you understand the salon procedure. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask questions and I will respond as soon as possible.


***FAMILY AND FRIENDS YOU ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM THE POLICY***

Policy:

  • All appointments are to be booked on the website, NO DMS, TEXT, OR CALLS. (if you have any questions in-regards to booking appointment please don’t hesitate to contact me)


  • When booking please book all services, so there is enough allotted time given to you. Any service(s) that aren’t booked at the time of booking will not be serviced.


  • There is a $15 non-refundable deposit in order to book appointments. NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT.


  • Must wear mask and wash hands immediately upon arrival, you will be asked to remain in your vehicle until you are asked to come in.


  • NO EXTRA GUEST. NO CHILDREN UNLESS BEING SERVICED.


  • During the time of polishing please remain off of your phone, so dust, debris, and lent aren’t on your nails.


Pricing:

  • Pricing is subject to change based on length, design, or add-ons. Please if questions arise you don’t hesitate to ask.

  • I accept Cash, Cash-App, Card, Apple, Samsung, and Google Pay.​

Cancellations and Late Policy:

  • Cancellations should be made 24hrs prior to appointment.

  • Same day cancellations will result in a partial payment of requested service(s).

  • If you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule.

  • No Shows fee is $25 in addition to pay the full price of requested service(s).
